In order to
Register, Vary or Cancel an interest with REVS the appropriate form
must be completed and faxed to
(02) 9891 5134 for processing.
If you are an
account customer, you can Register, Vary and Cancel your vehicle
securities by clicking here.
Non-account clients wishing to use the Internet service will need to
submit an application for both Account and Internet access.
The "Complaint
- Late Cancellation of Interest" form is used to identify vehicle/boat
securities that have not been cancelled within 14 days of the final
loan payment being cleared. The completed form with supporting
evidence needs to be mailed or faxed directly to REVS.
The application forms
below are in Acrobat format. This format assures
portability between different computer platforms. To view and print these
forms you will need the software called Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free from Adobe
Systems.
